About the application
The app has been created to allow customers to register and change or transfer their appointments online and be able to view their entire history.
For application managers, it is possible to fully manage appointments, customers and employees - technicians who are registered and to receive email updates about appointments or changes made in the shop through the application "Online Booking".
The features of the application are as follows.
- Ease of access from any device (mobile, tablet, desktop).
- Immediate storage and information.
- Sign in with local account or Google and facebook accounts.
- Multilingualism (Greek, English or additional languages).
- Create services with a specific duration.
- Register opening hours to avoid making appointments outside of opening hours.
- Enter dates (holidays, holidays, etc.) when the store will be closed to avoid making appointments on these dates.
- Register a day off for technicians-employees to avoid creating an appointment with the specific employee on this day.
- Creation of user accounts with administrator or technician-employee function or simple guest customers with different privileges to display and edit appointments and functions of the application.
- Possibility of different customization of the appearance for each user and the coloring of employees - technicians for easier understanding of appointments in the calendar environment.
- Book an appointment on a selected day and time with a choice of service (duration) and technician - employee.
- Registration of multiple appointments at the same time according to your needs and double appointment check for the same technician - employee.
- Cancellation or transfer of the appointment and notification by email to clients, managers and employees.
- Ability to turn off - turn on a service or employee-technician with automatic turn off - turn on all future appointments and email notification to customer managers and employees.
- Updating registration, canceling or transferring the appointment by email to clients and administrators.
- Photo capture per appointment (by administrators).
- Display appointments in a calendar (by Month, Week, Day or Agenda) and in an indexed and sorted table for quick search.

For your login
To register you can log in with your Google or Facebook account (if you have one) or otherwise follow the "Registration Instructions" listed below.
Note:
For logins via Google or Facebook the app will access information such as your personal information, including any personal information you have made publicly available such as email, phone , name, account photo (avatar) and which will only be used for the correct use of the application for connectivity reasons as well as for communication with you whenever you require.
Particularly:
Use of "Online Booking" and transfer to any other application of information obtained from Google's APIs will comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including limited use requirements.

Registration instructions
- Press the "Login" button and on the new page that will appear press "Need an account?"
- Fill in your information and press "Register"
- An activation email will be sent to the email address you entered, where you will need to click on the "Account Activation" link.
- Fill in your username or email credentials and the password you entered in step 2 and you will be logged into the app.
This process is only required the first time you sign up for the app. Next times you can login by entering your credentials.
