Instructions for use

The app can book appointments for your business to customers who have signed up through the process and display those appointments in a calendar or table format.

You are divided into the following sections where they can be displayed from the top menu:

  • Home: The page you are currently viewing.
  • Calendar: Page where you can view or enter appointments in calendar format.
  • Appointments: Page that displays each user's appointments in table format.

To manage the user and the settings of the application, from the right menu by clicking on the user's name, there are the following options:

  • Change password: Form to change the user's login password.
  • Profile: Form to change user details. (email, username, first name, last name and phone number)
  • User settings: Form for changes to the way the application looks and works for each user.
  • Logout: To log out of the application.

Calendar

Page where you can view or enter appointments in calendar format.

In the top bar you can see the following options:

  • Arrows: To move to the previous day, week, month (on mobile phones you don't see it and it can be done with swip movements.
  • Today: For transfer today.
  • Addition: To add an appointment with wizzard options for date, technician and service and show free slots.
  • Month, Week, Day, Agenda: To view the calendar depending on the selection.

The calendar shows the days with the appointments in boxes according to the time.

Today's date is displayed in yellow, while in pink are the days or slots that are not available for appointments. (Defined in settings by administrators).

Edit appointment

  • Hovering the mouse over an appointment (different colors for different customers) or clicking on it shows the details of the appointment, while for administrators and technicians there is also the possibility to take a photo.
  • You can drag the appointment to a different time or day. (Accordingly, you also send an email about the change to the client and administrators).
  • By clicking on the appointment you can delete it by selecting the corresponding button. (Appointments are not deleted but deactivated and can be restored from the "Appointments" section).

Create an appointment

  • By pressing the add button at the top, you can select a Craftsman, Date and service and in the next step the free slots for adding it will appear.
  • By clicking on a box (Current or future) you can select the service and Technician to Add the appointment.
  • The following conditions exist for creating an appointment:
    • The time selected should not be out of hours (pink color)
    • For this specific time, the Technician should not have another appointment.
    • The appointments should not exceed the available craftsmen.

Appointment

Page that displays each user's appointments in table format.

On the top bar you can show a specific number of records or search.

You can sort the records based on any column by clicking the corresponding arrows on each column title.

Clicking on each line will display all the available details of the appointment.

By pressing the red button with the baskets you can delete the specific appointment (Requires confirmation while the appointment is not deleted but deactivated and can be reactivated by pressing the button with the green basket.)

Disabled appointments appear with their details grayed out and in italics.

At the bottom you see the pagination of the records. It depends on the amount of records you have chosen to show.

User settings

Form for changes to the way the application looks and works for each user.

General
  • Send new appointment email:Enable or disable user email sending (To create appointment changes).
  • Number of records in tables:The defaultq number of records that will be seen in the tables per page.
  • Language:The default language of the user.
Colors

The colors that the specific user will have in the calendar

  • Appointments:The background and text color for appointments (current and future).
  • Past Appointments:The background and text color for past appointments.
  • Date from another user:The background and text color for other users' dates (current and future).
  • Past Appointments from another user:The background and text color for past appointments of other users.
  • Advisory popup:The background and text color in the advisory popup (when the mouse is over the appointment).

To be sure, we can restore the values as they were initially or without the changes (Reset) from the corresponding buttons at the bottom of the page.



Registration instructions

  1. Press the "Login" button and on the new page that will appear press "Need an account?"
  2. Fill in your information and press "Register"
  3. An activation email will be sent to the email address you entered, where you will need to click on the "Account Activation" link.
  4. Fill in your username or email credentials and the password you entered in step 2 and you will be logged into the app.

This process is only required the first time you sign up for the app. Next times you can login by entering your credentials.

Alternatively, you can create or connect to the application using your account from "Google" or "facebook" by pressing the corresponding button at the bottom of it.
